A fundamental component of finding and retaining employment work is having the necessary life skills and basic work skills prior to accepting the opportunity. Specific training of the technical skills needed for a task/ career can occur on the job, but without the necessary starting skills - keeping the opportunity may become difficult. Many people need some training in skills which provides them with the right tools to make themselves ready to explore and accept opportunities as they become available.
These courses will develop employees in specific competencies by focusing on the development of soft skills needed to be successful in the workplace. Learn to perform job tasks to the employer's specifications and learn the inter-personal skills necessary to be accepted as a worker at a job site and in related community contacts.
If you are willing to take risks and move outside of your comfort zone in learning new skills and taking on new challenges, we have the skill development and training for you.
